MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

Singapore Citizen students from households with a gross monthly household income (GHI) of $4,000 or below, or a per capita income (PCI) of $1,000 or below, are eligible for the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS).
MOE FAS recipients are exempted from paying school fees and standard miscellaneous fees. Students in primary and secondary schools are also eligible for free textbooks, school attire, meal and transport subsidies.
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to apply for MOE FAS, you may submit your application online through the Student Finance System (SFS) e-Services portal at https://studentfinance.moe.gov.sg (opens in new tab).
Alternatively, you may access the portal through the Parents Gateway (PG) app under Services > Financial Assistance.
