School canteen stall types, closing dates and requirements

Application Procedure
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident for the stallholder and the stall assistant.
Able to provide food that meets the health/ nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (see link (opens in new tab));
Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices (to be determined in consultation with the school);
Must be in personal attendance at the stall during operating hours;
Healthy and fit to operate the stall.
Applicants should preferably fulfil the following criteria:
Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) must possess the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Relevant experience in a school canteen or catering experience
Successful applicant will then be required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
How to apply?
Interested applicant is required to submit the completed application form (opens in new tab) and the following documents by closing date to email: ftpps@moe.edu.sg (opens in new tab) OR to the school’s General Office.
One recent passport-sized photograph
One photocopy of the applicant’s NRIC (front & back)
Proposed menu list and prices
Photocopies of relevant certificates, such as Basic Food Hygiene, etc.
Interview and Food Tasting
Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview and may be required to provide food sampling (at the applicant’s own expense).
